ABC Soup

Cass and Aly like to drink soup especially the ABC soup. As both the girls like soup, I will try to cook soup more often. The ABC soup comprises of carrot, tomato, onion and potato. It is usually cooked together with chicken bone or spare rib. But most of the time, I will use lean meat which is less oil. Sometime, I will add corn into the soup. When Aly drinks ABC soup, she will usually ask me, "Mommy, you said you cook ABC soup but why I cannot find ABC in the soup, where is the ABC? (she thought the vegetables will have the alphabet shape of ABC) . I only see carrot, onion, potato and tomato". I am not too sure why this soup is called ABC soup. Maybe I should rename it to COPT soup (carrot, onion, potato and tomato).
